Wing Charm Investment Pte has acquired The M. Ltd after the company was awarded the site following the Government Land Sales program. The developer submitted a winning bid of S$492 million topping 9 other bidders. Greatview Investment and MCC Land came second with a bid of S$351.96 million translating to around S$1,043 psf ppr. The buying price is equivalent to S$1,458 psf ppr.
